Fujian Changtai Economic Development Zone.Established in 1997,it is Provincial Economic Development Zone,located at the “east gate”of Changtai County,42 kilometer to Xiamen City on the east,22 kilometer to Zhangzhou city on the south,planning area 22 square kilometer,developed area 15.13 square kilometer,to the end of 2010,the development zone has invested 1.469 billion yuan for infrastructure construction,supporting infrastructure construction is consummate.Now,236 projects have been settled in the development zone,in which 114 foreign-funded enterprises,total investment 1.464 billion dollars,122 domestic enterprise, registered capital 3.32 billion yuan,an industry cluster comprises culture and sport products,photoelectricity lighting,and machine manufacture has been established.In 2010,the Gross Output Value of Industrial amount to ￥7 billion,earn foreign exchange $300 million,the fiscal revenues amount to 231 million yuan.
　　The layout are five industrial parks including Qianshan industrial park,Gaoqiang industrial park,Fuhao industrial park,Xianjing industrial park and Taiwan industrial park.
Emphases of industry development:
　　Qianshan Industrial park:will focus on leading in international sporting goods producing and saling enterprises, empolder every kinds of sporting goods facing the severe competition in China and abroad,to build an international brand, further strengthen and expand sporting goods,sport training equipment, gym shoes,clothing and parts manufacture industry.
　　Gaoqiang Industrial park:making full use of photoelectricity technology advantages, enhance the docking with Xiamen photoelectricity industry,focus on leading energy-saving lamps production,illumination source,special illumination source and electron parts,in order to construct a science & technology enterprise production base.
　　Fuhao Industrial park: will focus on the developing of auto parts,engineering machine parts,steel member,medical equipment and rehabilitation material.
　　Xianjing Industrial park:will focus on the developing of new material industry, biological agent industry and other science & technology industry.
　　Taiwan Industrial park:mainly develop precision industry,stationery and sporting goods,and living facility land development.
