Established in 2005,it is Provincial Economic Development Zone,which located at the Fengshan town of Huaan County,it is crossed by Jiulong river, provincial road,Ying-xia railway,there are two freight stations in area.The development zone is 15 kilometer to Zhangzhou city,46 kilometer to Xiamen,50 kilometer to Huaan county,and 6 kilometer to Zhang-long Expressway.The Xia-Cheng Expressway which is under construction will set an interflow in development zone.The transportation is convenience, position advantage is obvious.Concept planning area 62 square kilometer,first phase of Jiulong industry park area 15 square kilometer,developed area 3 square kilometer.To the end of 2010, the development zone has invested 503.92 million yuan for infrastructure construction,supporting infrastructure construction is consummate.Now,110 projects have been settled in the industrial zone,total investment 3.076 billion dollars,an industry cluster comprises energy-saving technology,auto parts,furniture manufacture,culture leisure has been established.In 2010,the Gross Output Value of Industrial amount to ￥1.85 billion, total exports are $2.219 million,the fiscal revenues amount to 133 million yuan.
